    "Noticed ceramic tiles popping up from the slab. I submitted a job request on Angi. Jeff, the owner, contacted me almost immediately, asking detailed questions about the issue. He made an appointment to view the tiles and provided a verbal estimate. Jeff was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes of leaving my house, Jeff emailed a written invoice outlining the work and cost just as we discussed. I approved, and he scheduled Michael Toti to do the work. I received a text on the morning Michael was to arrive with the time he’d be at my house. Michael is very experienced in tile and grout repair. He explained in detail how he would complete the work, showed me the progress during the process, discussed the next steps, and cleaned the job site when completed. The issue was resolved in less than a week from first contact. I highly recommend these guys for any tile issues or projects."
